What is wholistic wellbeing?

Wholistic wellbeing is a holistic approach to living a healthy and balanced life by attending to all facets of health: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social. It is based on the idea that true well-being cannot be achieved unless all of these aspects of health are addressed. By taking a wholistic approach to wellbeing, you can create a balanced and healthy lifestyle that will lead to long-term health and happiness.

    Before we get started, you will receive a short booking form asking a few preliminary questions. From here I can tailor your sessions to your exact wants and needs.

  • in-person

    In person 1:1 sessions are a great way to gain the full sensory experience of a yoga class by intergrating sounds and smells to immerse yourself in the class. You are guided and corrected on the spot getting the most out of your weekly practice. The 1:1 session can be in the comfort of your own home or in a hired space at an extra fee.

    Online 1:1 sessions are often for busy people with tight schedules, it’s a fab way to keep the class personal to your needs but in the comfort of your own home . Via zoom, you will be guided through a practice to suit you, your needs and on your time. A recording can be made of the class so you can go back over the session whenever you wish. A great way to keep your practice up between weekly sessions.
